If you talk to the animals
they will talk with you
and you will know earch other
if you do not talk to them you will not know them
and what you do not know you will fear.

SEPARATION PROBLEMS IN DOGS
Dogs are social animals and being alone is a potentially stressful condition for all of them, they have to learn that being alone is a temporary condition and they also need to feel safe when you are not there to protect them. Some dogs are more fragile than others and cannot cope with unpredictable situations like being left alone at different hours or in different environments. If your dog has this problem the first step is a correct diagnosis and then you will receive a behaviour modification program. Do not wait, time is likely to worsen separation problems.
AGGRESSION PROBLEMS IN DOGS
Aggression is a sign and not a diagnosis, there are many reasons for dog aggression and most of them are linked to anxiety and fear. Aggression might also be related to pain or be a strategy to avoid pain or distress. This is why it is important to primarily address the problem with a qualified professional behaviourist: training might not be enough and sometimes the wrong training tecniques might even worsen the problem. A behavioural consultation with a specialized veterinary behaviourist will clarify the origin of your dog aggression and provide scientifically proven therapeutic options.
CAT HOUSE SOILING PROBLEMS
House soiling are the most complained about behaviours by cat owners. These problems are very often related with stess and anxiety but rule out urinary diseases is very important because pain and discomfort can cause or worsen house soiling problems. Many cat behaviour problems are multifactorial disorders and need to be treated with an holistic approach. A diagnosis and early treatment are crucial.
